Piscine & Pelagia Test Knitting Specs

This elegant, yet whimsical double fish motif adorns several accessories to fit your taste, style, and preference.

Piscine is a hat with either a fitted or slouchy silhouette, with the double fish emblazoned across the front and geometric diamonds wrapping around the back. The slouchy version features a clever diagonal crown decrease and 3-needle bind-off across the top.

Pelagia is a cowl or scarf, prominently featuring the double fish motif. The scarf is knit in the round horizontally, then steeked to open flat and create fun fringe!

TEST DATES:

June 20, 2023 - August 1, 2023

This test knit will be hosted on Slack.

Testers will be selected from the KC Knitting Co private testing pool, which means you are pre-approved and do not need to submit a formal application. If you indicate interest in testing, then you’re in!

You may choose to test either Piscine or Pelagia, and it is tester’s choice which version of each pattern to test. You can even test both if you have the interest and time!

The test is slated to begin on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 when a formatted, fully tech-edited pattern will be sent to testers who have completed a gauge swatch.
