Odell is tnamed after a small town outside of Hood River, Oregon in the Columbia River Gorge, where spring is a rush of blooming growth and intricate, majestic beauty.

This top is knit sideways; you will cast on at the center front of the garment and knit the entire garment flat in one piece, starting with the left front, then the back, and then the right front. You will bind off and seam the piece together in the front at the same time.

The pattern includes directions for the top with the diagonal slip stitch motif that appears in the tan sample, as well as directions for a solid-colored version without the slip stitches. It also includes diagrams, charted and written slip stitch directions, and video tutorial links!
